How to Play Poptropica?

• In this game, everybody goes on their own adventure. You can take on a number of challenges and write your own story. 
• First, you will spawn on the Home Island, where you can customize your avatar, purchase costumes, and even adopt pets. 
• While you may encounter a few side quests at home, the adventures are mainly on other islands.
• Find the hot air balloons to travel to other worlds or click on the map from the menu. Pick an island from the map and fly there.
• Walk, jump and hide by using your mouse or WASD keys. 
• Understand the islander's problem. Find hidden items, costumes, and jewelry. Get acquainted with NPCs, trade items, or solve mini puzzles for them to complete each quest.

Meet with Islanders

While seeking hints to solve out the quest, your primary source of information is islanders. Click on people, animals and even skeletons to interact with them.

First, find out what the problem is and who may have caused it. After learning what's going on, seek guidance from some of them. Certain characters will help you a lot in this challenge.

Take a Tour

It is crucial to know which is where on the island. Explore the area thoroughly, and learn about certain places that might help you in this journey. While completing a quest, you need to re-visit certain areas a few times. For example, in Arabian Nights island, you should know how to go to the bazaar and the lady with the spyglass. 

Collect Items

You will need a bunch of items to solve puzzles. Click on them to collect. Trade them with better items or use them strategically to achieve your goal.

Some of the levels include roadmaps where you view which items to collect and steps to follow. Roadmaps are wonderful assistants in your journey. However, if there is no road map on the level you play, learn some tips from islanders about where you can find the necessary items.

To access or use an item acquired before, click on the menu at the top right of the screen and pick the handbag.

Gather All the Pieces Together

All the pieces of information and items are meant to serve a certain purpose. Figure out how you can combine them. Put them in order. Gather all the pieces together to solve the mystery.
