How to Play Hexologic

You will see many hexagons on the game screen. Every hexagon has a numerical value at the edge of the shape. It means that you have to fill this hexagon with dots equal to this numeric figure's number. In the later levels, you will see more complex structures. You will find many intertwined hexagons. It is the place where the challenge starts! You must be sure that every row is filled with the proper numbers.

Layered Hexagons

As you progress in the game, you will see lined hexagons, each with specific numbers at the end. All you have to do is place 1, 2, or 3 dots in the fields, but you must ensure each hexagon has the numeric value written at its edge. Ensure the total sum matches the specified numbers. Hexagons without numbers serve as connection tiles. Use them wisely!

Hexologic is a similar math game to Sudoku. In Sudoku, your main job is filling the grids with numbers between 1 and 9 with no repeated numbers. Every unit can have each number once. The basis of Hexologic is these simple rules. When compared to Sudoku, as you progress in Hexologic, the game mechanics will get more complicated.
