Tanks of the Galaxy is a top-down browser shooter game that you can play for free on OnlineGames.io. You steer one tank through a small maze-like arena, destroy enemy tanks and barrels, grab the coins they drop. Next, you spend those coins on better weapons and upgrades in the shop. How to Play Tanks of the Galaxy

You start with the first level. Finish it to reveal the next map. As you enter the map, look at the mini-radar in the top-right corner. Red dots are hostile tanks, green dots mark valuable crates. Grey blocks provide cover; red “B” barrels explode if they catch a shell.
Enemy crews always outnumber you, so break them up. Peek around a corner, lure one tank into a line of fire, then duck back behind cover to reload.
Shoot green supply crates to snag health packs, temporary shields, or extra coins. Clearing every crate often turns the tide when the map feels crowded.
When you complete a level, tap the wrench icon to open the hangar. Spend coins on stronger weapons or on three permanent upgrades like
- Speed Boost (1500 c),
- Armor Plating (2000 c),
- Auto-Aim Servo (1250 c).
Hit the big red FIGHT button when you’re ready to roll out again.

Weapons & Prices

In the Hangar, you can buy new weapons for your tank.

Caliber Rounds: 200 coins, Fast, low-damage shots that are perfect for learning the game.
Buckshot Scatter: 2 000 coins, Fires a wide cone of pellets. Great for close-range ambushes.
Piercing Slugs: 3 000 coins, Three armor-piercing darts in a line. Punches straight through cover.
AP Cannon: 4000 coins, One slow-loading heavy shell that hits like a truck. Two direct shots will shred most mid-tier tanks.
Inferno Shells: 6000 coins, Sets targets ablaze, dealing burn damage over time.
Cryo Darts: 8000 coins, A burst of icy needles that chill enemies, slowing their tracks just long enough for you to circle around.
Rocket Pod: 12000 coins, Launches mini-rockets that home in on the nearest red dot.
Cluster Bomb: 14000 coins, Lobs an explosive that fragments on impact
Lightning Rail: 16000 coins, Fires a green energy bolt that chains between nearby tanks
