Riddle School 4 was published on April 1, 2010, as the fourth installment of the famous point-and-click adventure game series, Riddle School. Its April Fools’ Day release led many to believe the game itself was a joke, as players quickly noticed the unique gameplay where clicking anything immediately leads to the ending cutscene. JonBro later denied it was just a joke. After 24 hours, RS5 was released.

In the plot of Riddle School 4, our protagonist, Phil Eggtree, is a student at Riddle University, which is located on a volcano. His teacher, Mr. Munch, has planned to eliminate Phil for quite a while. With a trap under Phil’s seat, he pushes Phil into the lava pit by pressing a red button. 🎓
