Riddle School is a point-and-click adventure game series developed by Newgrounds creator JonBro. The series takes its inspiration heavily from Flash point-and-click games Pico’s School by Tom Fulp. The original Riddle School was the first game released in this series of adventure games on May 25, 2006.

You have a very important task, which is to help Phil escape from his boring school. Walk around the school hallways and collect items that might be useful. You will feel the excitement at its peak and use your puzzle-solving skills to the fullest to solve the mysteries. 🎓

How to Play Riddle School

Our protagonist Phil Eggtree is a student at Riddle Elementary School. After teasing another student in his regular classes, the school council sends Phil to the “Special Class for the Insane”. He decides to escape the school and tries to find a way to the exit. Help him escape from this boring and silly environment. Click on the speech balloons to advance whatever Phil says next. Wander around the school hallways and find items that might be useful to free him from his bird cage.

Check Everything 🧐

Check all the objects and people in any room and pay attention to what Phil says. During his speeches, he gives you hints. There must be some things that you can use to his advantage. You need to solve the mysteries using the hints Phil gives with your puzzle-solving skills. Our mascot Gamie says that using the sharpener in the class of mathematics teacher Mr. Kahm has something to do with it!

Walks off to Freedom 🐦

If you manage to get out of Mr. Kahm’s classroom, it is time to plan the escape. During school hours, the doors leading the way to the exit are shut. You need to find the keys. Head to the Principal’s Office using the hallways. Sneakily attempt to grab the keys from the headmaster, Mr. Cwesschyn. It may sound easy, but Phil must overcome a series of obstacles while trying to reach the office.

💬 Talk to everyone. Some kids give hints. Some just joke. Read it all.
📏 Use items on people. Try using items on teachers and students. Funny stuff can happen.
🎨 Remember the colors. Color clues matter later. Pay attention to notes and posters.
🚪 Visit every room. Do not skip rooms. Some items show up after you do other things.
